at True You Collective

This is a meditation series for parents and kids who live in a busy world. Life moves fast. Kids feel it. Parents try to keep up. This parent–child meditation class offers a simple, supportive way to pause, reset, listen, and reconnect — helping families feel calmer, more grounded, and more attuned to one another. Sessions are fun and gentle, and designed to meet kids exactly where they are — wiggles included. No fixing feelings. No forcing focus. Just practical visual and meditative tools to calm, connect, and communicate as a team. This is an opportunity for families build to trust in a slightly amused way. Bring water bottles. This is for all level, 4+ years old. We’ll try for 90 minutes, with snacks and breaks, but we’ll end at 45-60 minutes depending on the energy of the room! Come for one or drop in to this ongoing series in 2026. $20/family (Venmo, PayPal, ApplePay or Cash)

Connection Without Pressure, Micro Attunements
Saturday, February 7, 2026
Open House 1 - 5 pm

at True You Collective
12191 W 64th Ave
Arvada, CO 80004

I help families attune to one another when language, cognition, or regulation has changed—so connection stays intact even when communication doesn’t look the same. This session is designed for families who may include neurodivergent children, trauma-impacted households, and families with dementia or Alzheimers, with the intention to not label but be inclusive and preserve connection. This offering is in its early phase and is intentionally being shaped in partnership with the families who participate. Sessions are held with care, presence, and flexibility, and feedback is welcome as the practice continues to evolve. Using a combination of my intuitive visions, as well as channeling a gentle light language, the goal is to provide you with least one usable tool, or piece of knowledge to bridge connectivity and healing. Given the nature of families, this is an open house format. You arrive at your pace within the window of time, it will be first-come, first-serve with comfortable waiting space. Donation-based mini sessions, 15 minute each.

How to Be Naughty & Bad While Still Growing Your Spiritual Practice

This playful meditation class flips the script, inviting you to explore the other sides of you while sinking into stillness. Expect cheeky prompts, a little laughter, and a whole lot of permission to be mischievous, yet spiritual. You’ll learn how to channel the energy of YOU into relaxation, focus, and maybe even a spark of flirty fun. Perfect if you’re tired of being told to “clear your mind and think of nothing”—here, we celebrate your inner rebel with a protocol and tools to take into your real life. This is a 2-hour course, taught while sitting in chairs. Bring a water bottle and snack if desired, there will be a break.
